Your Questions Answered
Yes. Your fees cover food, nappies and milk, everything your child needs during the nursery day. There are no hidden extras.
The deposit is equivalent to half of your agreed monthly fee. It will be deducted from your first month’s invoice once your child has started attending nursery.
Yes, all meals and snacks at Holly House are freshly cooked on site, every day, by our own cook. We follow the Children’s Food Trust voluntary guidelines when planning our menus, and we actively welcome suggestions from parents.
All members of our team hold a current Paediatric First Aid qualification. This training is refreshed on a regular basis so you can always be confident that your child is in safe hands.
We welcome children from 6 months up to 5 years of age.
We are open Monday to Friday, 7.45am to 6.00pm, 51 weeks of the year. We close for one week at Christmas, on bank holidays and on two staff training days per year.
