Parent Partnership

At the heart of our nursery is a genuine partnership with our families. We believe that the very best outcomes for children are achieved when parents and practitioners work closely together, sharing knowledge, celebrating achievements, and supporting each child’s unique journey.

Our Key Person approach ensures that every child has a trusted, familiar adult who knows them exceptionally well. Parents are able to communicate directly with their child’s Key Person through our dedicated messaging system, providing a warm and reassuring connection between home and nursery. Whether you wish to share a little update or ask a question we are always here to listen.

We provide four dedicated parent consultations throughout the year, giving families regular opportunities to reflect on their child’s development, wellbeing, and experiences.

Three consultations are held conveniently over the telephone, while one is an in-person consultation, allowing us to spend valuable quality time together and explore your child’s progress, interests and individual needs in greater depth.

Our in-person consultation includes the opportunity for parents to sample some of the delicious, freshly prepared food we serve our children. We want our families to experience first-hand the quality, care and thought that goes into every aspect of their child’s day with us, from their learning and development to their nutrition and wellbeing.
